Applications for 2024 will commence in May 2023.

A DBA Coursework (ProDBA) study must add new knowledge to the existing body of knowledge within a sector. 

The Business School currently specializes in the following research areas:

• Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management;
• Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Small-Enterprise Development and Marketing;
• Business Strategy, International Business, Business in Society and General Management;
• Maritime Studies, Operations and Supply Chain Management;
• Financial Management, Corporate Governance and Sustainability; and
• Strategic ICT and Data Science.

Individuals interested in pursuing a DBA Coursework (ProDBA) must showcase in their proposal that they’ve thoroughly researched the knowledge ‘gaps’ and that their study will indeed contribute to the existing sector knowledge.
